It's more than a mantra or a freaky to do list... It's a way of life for all land based mammals. I sheistem fenstered twice yesterday. It was wonderful. Fenstered in the morning and then again in the late eve, with a can of Diet Rite, bag of Funyuns, and a scrap of 18th centrury parchment.
